Plaintiffs appeal ruling in favor of Sutter Health in $411 million antitrust lawsuit

Attorneys representing employers and health plan enrollees who claim that Sutter Health engaged in anti-competitive practices that increased the cost of insurance are seeking an appeal, after the jury in the case found in favor of Sutter last month.
