A fashion brand started by two friends out of their New York City apartment nine years ago is suing model Hailey Bieber for copyright infringement over the name of her new skincare line. Rhode fashion co-founders Phoebe Vickers and Purna Khatau said on Instagram that they had filed a lawsuit against Bieber and her cosmetics company that launched last week, which also uses the name Rhode.
