Capitol Hill winery to expand with tasting room in heart of Ballard

Aluel, a boutique winery specializing in Old World-style wines, will soon open in a 1,056-square-foot space on Market Street. Meanwhile, a cannabis-themed sub shop is coming to Seattle's University District.
