Gov. Tom Wolf called it the biggest development in the state of Pennsylvania since World War II, and Royal Dutch Shell (NYSE: RDS.A) executive Michael Marr said it will be among the biggest projects of its kind in the world. Shell hosted a tour of the site to the media for the first time, driving journalists throughout a site that spans two miles along the Ohio River and is also about one mile wide, a good-sized portion of it carved out of a neighboring hillside.
