21st Century Fox reportedly has held discussions during the past few weeks to sell most of its company to competitor Walt Disney Co. The talks are not currently in progress but may be revisited again, according to CNBC. There is no indication that a deal will be reached, and neither the structure of the deal nor the price has been disclosed.
