Final LA Times Poll Shows Gavin Newsom Recall Election is all But Decided

The final Los Angeles Times sponsored recall poll from the UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies shows that Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) has secured support from a majority of California voters.
