Vladimir Putin decrees Russian takeover of Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant

A presidential decree signed in Moscow has designated the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine "federal property." But Ukrainian operators Energoatom called the move "worthless," as the IAEA head visited Kyiv.
