Top EU court rules U.K. can change mind over Brexit
Monday, 10 December 2018 The European Union's top court ruled that Britain can change its mind over Brexit, boosting the hopes of people who want to stay in the EU. But Prime Minister Theresa May, who will soon face a key Brexit vote in Parliament, has repeatedly said that's an option the government won't seek.
The European Union's top court ruled on Monday that the British government may unilaterally reverse its decision to leave the bloc, without consulting the other member states. Francesca Lynagh reports.
