Monday, 31 December 2018 The Texas-based federal judge who earlier this month ruled the Affordable Care Act illegal, said the current law may remain in effect while it is appealed, National Public Radio (NPR) reported. In a ruling filed on Sunday, U.S. District Court Judge Reed O’Connor said “many everyday Americans would otherwise face great uncertainty during the pendency of appeal."
