At least 21 killed as pipeline that had been illegally tapped explodesAt least 21 people were killed and more than 70 injured after an explosion at a pipeline leaking fuel in central Mexico. Authorities said that the pipeline had been ruptured by suspected thieves and locals were trying to collect the spilling petrol when it ignited.
