Friday, 22 February 2019 A Cook County judge approved charges against R&B star R. Kelly on Friday, including 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in Chicago, according to The Chicago Sun-Times. Prosecutors said the charges included 4 alleged victims, who were minors at the time of the abuse which occurred between 1998 and 2010. Attorney Michael Avenatti said the recent charges are related to the newly discovered video which showed Kelly having sex with a 14-year-old girl, according to USA Today.
