Study On Astronaut Twin Brothers Details How Space Changes The Human BodyNASA released the results from its Twins study on Thursday after studying the changes in astronaut Scott Kellys body while and after he spent 340 days aboard the International Space Station in orbit, according to EuroNews. Scientists compared Scott Kelly to his identical twin Mark Kelly before he went to space, while Mark remained on Earth. Scientists said the majority of changes that occurred in Kelly's body returned to normal after he came back from the space station, so they believed the results indicate human health can be "mostly sustained" for a year in space.
