Thursday, 13 June 2019 A merger between a new gTLD registry and a different new gTLD for its original website has formed a new company valued at a billion dollars using a new brand in a third new gTLD, Domain Incite reported Thursday. Combell Group announced its merger this week with TransIP Group, with a combined valuation of more than $1 billion, the report said. Both companies, Domain Incite reported, are European hosting companies. Company information reveals 1.2 million customers with 600 employees. The newly merged entity – called team.blue – uses an Afilias-operated gTLD, its new primary domain, the report said.
