Wednesday, 31 July 2019 The World Health Organization confirmed the major transit hub of Goma had a second case of Ebola near the Rwandan border in the Democratic Republic of Congo on Wednesday, according to The Guardian. "Sad news coming from Goma, DRC -- the second Ebola case has been confirmed," Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the organization's director-general, said on Twitter.
