Second Ebola Death Confirmed In Major Transit Hub Of GomaThe World Health Organization confirmed the major transit hub of Goma had a second case of Ebola near the Rwandan border in the Democratic Republic of Congo on Wednesday, according to The Guardian. "Sad news coming from Goma, DRC -- the second Ebola case has been confirmed," Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the organization's director-general, said on Twitter. DRC health officials have been concerned about Ebola spreading to the city of more than 1 million since the disease can easily spread over the border. "This is an event we have anticipated.
