Pakistan Calls For Emergency Meeting Of UN Security Council Over KashmirPakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi sent a letter to the United Nations Security Council on Tuesday asking for an emergency meeting over India's decision to revoke the special status given to Kashmir and Jammu, according to The Hindu. Qureshi denounced "recent aggressive actions" by India's government which he said, "willfully undermine the internationally recognized disputed status of Jammu and Kashmir."
