China urges U.S. to take steps to ensure North Korea talks resume
Thursday, 12 September 2019 () China urged the United States on Thursday to adopt an approach more conducive to dialogue in response to North Korea's goodwill in wanting to resume denuclearization talks, and again suggested United Nations sanctions relief be considered for Pyongyang.
North Korea fired a new round of short-range projectiles on Tuesday (August 10), South Korean officials said, only hours after it signaled a new willingness to resume stalled denuclearisation talks with the United States. Ryan Brooks reports.
