‘We’re running out of jurors’: Civil trials delayed in King County Superior Court due to coronavirus

With fewer prospective jurors reporting for duty, King County Superior Court judges are contacting attorneys involved in pending civil trials to let them know it could be 60 to 90 days before enough jurors are available to hear those cases. Criminal trials take priority, so the jurors who do show up are being assigned to hear criminal cases.
