Victoria's 14-day rolling average of COVID-19 cases has fallen to 26.7, below the 30-50 bracket required to move forward on September 28. New South Wales will now allow up to 20 people on a wedding dance floor, and Queensland has gone 14 days without community transmission. Globally there are more than 32 million cases of coronavirus, and almost 980,000 deaths.
