Explosions in Nagorno Karabakh hours after Armenia-Azerbaijan cease-fire

New explosions have rocked the disputed region of Nagorno Karabakh hours after Armenia and Azerbaijan reached a cease-fire agreement. Both countries have already accused the other of violating the truce.
