Afghanistan: NATO chief warns against hasty troop withdrawal

Outgoing US President Donald Trump wants most of the US troops to leave Afghanistan by mid-January, but NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg says the price for leaving the country too soon "could be very high."
