Ontario poised to OK more school reopenings, but premier says it may come in phases

Premier Doug Ford said some schools in southern Ontario may get the green light to resume in-class learning while others won't. Schools in 16 public health regions in the southern half of the province have been closed since the Christmas break due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
