'I couldn't let it go': How the expulsion of 2 Black students led former vice-principal to quit

A former Toronto Catholic District School Board vice-principal is speaking out about the handling of the expulsion of two Black students eight years ago. Paul Raso says he continues to see problems with the way the board works with students from marginalized communities.
