Alcohol limits, breath tests in Parliament floated as MP quits over bad behaviour

PM Scott Morrison is open to limits on alcohol in Parliament House, with the suggestion coming as MP Andrew Laming announced he would quit politics at the next election after a string of stories about his behaviour towards women.
