Victoria records two new COVID-19 cases in hotel quarantine as Queensland, NSW hotspots turn green

Hotspots in Greater Brisbane, the Gladstone region in Queensland and Byron Shire in New South Wales are now designated green zones under Victoria’s ‘traffic light’ travel permit system.
