Ex-teacher who filmed students with spy pen, Ontario school board named in $200K civil suit

A former London, Ont., high school student is suing her ex-English teacher and the school board, alleging it created the conditions for Ryan Jarvis to act on his sexual impulses, knew about his "deviant behaviour" and offered no counselling for his student victims.
