Pelosi’s archbishop says prominent Catholics who support abortion rights should be denied Communion

A letter from the Archdiocese of San Francisco did not mention House Speaker Nancy Pelosi by name, but said the “only recourse” for politicians and others who continue to advocate for abortion access would be denying them Catholicism’s holiest sacrament.
