NSW Labor 'shell-shocked' by 'terrible' Upper Hunter by-election loss

NSW Labor leader Jodi McKay has admitted her party needs to do some "really genuine soul-searching" to figure out why it's not resonating with voters, after the weekend by-election saw the party's primary vote slide backwards.
