Afghanistan mosque blasts: Dozens dead in suicide bomb attacks
Friday, 20 October 2017 At least 39 people were killed in a suicide bomb attack at a Shiite mosque in Afghan capital Kabul. A separate bombing at a mosque in Afghanistan's central province of Ghor left 20 dead.
More than 50 people are dead after a truck bomb went off in Somalia's capital on Sunday. The attack left more than 60 people injured. Authorities said the bomb intended to target a hotel. No one has yet to claim responsibility for the attack.
At least 22 people were injured in the attacks.
