New York state ban on flavored e-cigarettes given final approval
Wednesday, 18 September 2019 New York became the second state to ban flavored e-cigarettes on Tuesday after its Democratic governor called for emergency action in response to concerns about their rising use among teens and a nationwide spate of lung illnesses.
In 2020, visitors at California state parks and beaches will see no smoking signs thanks to a new law just signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom. But as Katie Nielsen reports, some say the new law doesn't go far..
