CBI fares poorly in political cases: Chief Justice of India
Tuesday, 13 August 2019 () CJI Ranjan Gogoi said that the CBI had not been able to “meet the standards of judicial scrutiny” in a number of high-profile and politically sensitive cases. He was addressing the 18th D P Kohli Memorial Lecture at Vigyan Bhawan , where he presented awards to distinguished CBI personnel selected for outstanding investigation and performance.
