At 744, West Bengal tops crimes by foreigners

West Bengal recorded the highest number of crimes (744) committed by foreigners in 2018 followed by Karnataka (175) and Himachal Pradesh (147), according to 2018 National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) report.
