Abrogation of Article 370 disrupted proxy war: Army chief Gen MM Narvane

Indian Army chief General MM Naravane on Wednesday hailed the Centre's decision to abrogate Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and called it a 'historic step' that has disrupted the proxy war by the 'western neighbour'.
