Kafeel Khan to file reply to UP State Advisory Board in NSA case on Tuesday

Gorakhpur paediatrician Dr Kafeel Khan, who was booked under National Security Act (NSA) by Aligarh police, will submit his reply to UP State Advisory Board through the Mathura Jail authorities, on Tuesday.
