Ranjan Gogoi should explain 'clean chit' on Rafale: Kapil Sibal

Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal has asked former Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, who was nominated to Rajya Sabha on Monday, to explain why the clean chit was given in Rafale case.
