669 positive cases of COVID-19 in national capital, 426 from Markaz: Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain

The Delhi Government on Wednesday said that 20 COVID-19 hotspots have been identified in the national capital, and nobody will be allowed to enter or exit from these areas.
