MEA pulled out all stops to send HCQ to Dominican Republic

India this week managed to send an emergency aid comprising 200,000 HCQ tablets to Dominican Republic (DR) located in the Caribbean. After exploring several options unsuccessfully, the MEA got the consignment on a Blue Dart flight from Delhi-Mumbai in the wee hours of April 15 which was then sent to DR on a Delta cargo leaving Mumbai on the same day.
