Chinese delay as PM quits social media site Weibo

PM Modi's posts on Chinese social media site Weibo have been deleted after he decided to quit the platform following a decision to ban 59 Chinese apps in India. Modi had 115 posts on Weibo and it was decided to manually delete them and 113 posts were removed. “For reasons best known to the Chinese, there was great delay in granting this basic permission,” the source said.
