Assam appeals to countrymen for plasma donation in Guwahati; to be given state guest honour

Assam government on Thursday has decided to reach out to all symptomatic Covid-19 recovered patients across the country and invite them to travel to Guwahati as a state guest and donate their blood plasma for treatment of serious patients. Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said plasma will go to waste in a state where there is no plasma bank, inviting willing donors.
