PM Modi's inauguration push won Gujarat for BJP. Can it repeat magic in Bihar?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a project inauguration and foundation stone laying spree ahead of assembly elections in Bihar. He had done so ahead of the 2017 Gujarat state polls. It did work in Modi’s home state but will it work in Bihar too?
