Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh on Thursday ordered a slew of relaxations amid Covid-19 outbreak, including lifting of night curfew and Sunday lockdown, while directing the DGP to strictly enforce wearing of masks and other safety norms.

‘Sack my govt if you want’: Punjab CM hands over legislation against farm laws

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh handed over to Governor the resolution passed against Centre’s farm laws. Singh said he doesn’t care if President’s rule is imposed or if his government is sacked. Punjab Assembly had passed four bills and a resolution against the Centre’s farm laws.
