CBI registers FIR against accused in Hathras case

The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered an FIR against the accused in the Hathras case after taking over the probe.CBI's FIR has been filed under sections of murder, attempted murder and gangrape of IPC apart from the SC/ST Act. The agency has also formed a special team to probe all aspects in the case.
