TRP ‘scamster’ says he was paid by Republic TV: Mumbai police

Mumbai police on Tuesday said in a press release that one of the arrested suspects in the TRP manipulation scam has confessed he has been accepting money from Republic TV and News Nation to distribute among households which were asked to keep certain channels on.

It has been 212 days since the incident and till now no justice has been served by the Maharashtra government. We will plead for justice from Palghar. Maharashtra government has to give this matter to CBI. " Palghar mob lyching was happened on April 16, 2020.

Mumbai Police arrested two arms smugglers from Santacruz on November 07. One of the police officers had information about the meeting wherein sale of illegal firearms had to take place.
