Bihar's education minister Mewalal Choudhary 'doesn't know National Anthem', resigns hours after assuming office

Earlier in the day, Tejashwi Yadav-led RJD had shared an old video of Choudhary struggling to sing the national anthem 'Jana Gana Mana', on the microblogging site Twitter.
