Supreme Court seeks Centre's response on plea to fix rate of RT-PCR test for COVID-19 at Rs.400

A three-judge bench of the SC, headed by CJI SA Bobde, asked the Union of India to file its response on the petition filed by advocate Ajay Agrawal.
