Gupkar alliance shaky as PDP, NC spar over seats

Cracks appeared in the seven-party People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) on Thursday, with Mehbooba Mufti's PDP accusing Farooq Abdullah's National Conference of violating their seat-sharing agreement for the District Development Council polls by "deceitfully" fielding candidates against allies.
