Won’t insist on Mehbooba Mufti's presence: ED to HC

The enforcement directorate on Wednesday told the Delhi high court that it won’t insist on the personal appearance of former Jammu & Kashmir chief minister and PDP president Mehbooba Mufti before it in a money laundering case for now. Its stand came after the court told the agency not to press for her personal appearance till the court hears her petition next on March 18.
