India records 9,419 fresh Covid case, active cases increase to 94,742

India has reported 9,419 new Covid-19 cases and 159 deaths in the last 24 hours. The daily rise in cases has been recorded below 10,000 for 13 straight days and less than 50,000 for 165 consecutive days now. The active caseload has risen to 94,742. Current recovery rate in the country, 98.36%, is the highest since March 2020.
