Sub-lineages of Omicron spreading rapidly in Rajasthan

The BA.2 sub-lineage of the Omicron variant of Covid-19 is now spreading faster than the original strain, BA.1, of the variant in the state. Analysis of sub-lineages of Omicron, which is driving the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, was conducted by the SMS medical college.
