India reports 5,383 new Covid-19 cases & 20 deaths in last 24 hours

India reported 5,383 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Union health ministry data. With this, the country's total tally of coronavirus cases rose to 4,45,58,425. The death toll climbed to 5,28,449 with 20 fatalities which includes eight deaths reconciled by Kerala, the data updated at 8am stated.
