A thin red line called border or black coiled barbed wire have not come in the way of 38 families — 36 Hindu and two Muslim — celebrating Durga Puja, albeit without pomp or grandeur, on the “no man’s land” at Gobindapur and Manikpur villages in Assam’s Karimganj district bordering Bangladesh.
